Dear S.O.A.R.I.N.G. Eagles Community,

We want to send you off this holiday in bright spirits with a wonderful first part of the school year and a solid conclusion to 2022 as we anticipate the new year in 2023!

We are gracious for the outstanding efforts of all of our staff, community partners, and students for the effort for the first half of the school year and look forward to continuing the work when we return on Monday, January 9th, 2022.

Thank you sincerely to all of the wonderful presents that you have showered our staff with to show your appreciation for the work we do here at Painter Elementary.

We are continually grateful for his collaboration with Painter, as he supports many schools and districtwide initiatives. - The Vietnamese Immersion Program song "“Ca Khuc Nhac Mung” and Mrs. Tran and Mr. Le's class have an encore at the end of each video before the 4th-5th grade "12 Days of Holiday" due to technical audio glitches in their first performance. The encores start at about 1:03.

We are continuing to improve our offering for digital replays of our events and thank all parents, who continue to provide us with guidance and support. We also want to thank all of their parents expressing feedback for the demand to have in person parent audiences and will consider that for the other showcases we have planned this year and in moving forward.

We wanted to inform you of a special treat that our teachers and students have been preparing for next week.

In celebration of the Lunar New Year Tet, students from Painter Elementary VIP will be performing for our community under a lantern and banner display facing Rough & Ready Road.

Design developed in collaboration with the VIP team by our community liaison Mr. Phan!

Painter Elementary school is continually enrolling for the fall 2022 school year!

Our Standard English Program has vacancies in T4/TK, Kindergarten, and first grade. Spots fill up fast at Painter's Standard English Program, so register now!

In the third year since our founding, our Vietnamese Immersion Program (VIP) has a few spots left in T4/TK, Kindergarten, and 2nd grade. First grade is booked fully with a waiting list! We have nearly 80 students enrolled at Painter VIP for next year! Our Vietnamese Dual Language teaching staff provides 50% of learning in English, and 50% in Vietnamese reading, writing, listening, and speaking during the standard day. After school, we provide Vietnamese immersion as an intervention class for all grades TK-5 to support with transitioning to English, by strengthening primary Vietnamese language literacy.
