Federal Health Care

These health centers are funded by the federal government. This means even if you have no insurance you can be covered. The center is also income based for those making an income. This health center can cover services such as check-ups, treatment, pregnancy care (where applicable), immunizations and child care (where applicable), prescription medicine and mental and substance abuse (where applicable).

If you care a low-income patient at this clinic, uninsured or under-insured, they have a variety of programs that may assist you in paying little or sometimes no cost for services. This clinic also assists patients in enrolling in the state Medi-Cal program.

NEMS is also a provider through the Physicians Medical Group of San Jose and accepts patients who are part of the Valley Health Plan and Santa Clara Family Health Plan.
